2. Services

Obvio provides web design, development, and related digital services. All work will be performed according to the agreed project scope and timeline outlined in your project proposal.

3. Payment Terms

• Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on prompt client feedback and approval. Delays in client response may extend the project timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final design and code. Obvio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or properly licensed
• Communicate project requirements clearly and completely

8. Warranties and Limitations

We provide a 30-day warranty on technical issues post-launch. Our liability is limited to the total project cost. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions or client-caused issues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Client will be billed for work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Deposit Refunds

Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as we reserve team capacity and begin research immediately upon project kickoff.

Full Payment Refunds

We offer full refunds in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
• Project cancellation occurs within 48 hours of deposit payment (before work begins)
• Significant failure to meet agreed specifications through no fault of the client

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered when:

• Project scope is significantly reduced by mutual agreement
• Client terminates project mid-way through completion
• Services are partially delivered due to unforeseen circumstances

No Refund Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Client failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
• Delays caused by client-side issues
• Third-party service failures beyond our control
• Completed work that meets the agreed specifications

Refund Process
